चौदह ( 14 ) नवंबर को भारत के प्रथम  (first) प्रधानमंत्री पं. जवाहरलाल नेहरू का जन्मदिन होता है।

Fourteen ( 14 ) November ko Bharat ke Pratham Pradhaan mantree

Pandit Jawaharlal\Nehur ka janmdin hota hai.)

November 14 is the birthday of India’s first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru.
इसे बाल दिवस के रूप में मनाया  ( celebrated) जाता है  क्योंकि उन्हें बच्चों से बहुत प्यार था और

बच्चे उन्हें चाचा नेहरू पुकारते थे।

(Isey baal diwas ke rop mein manaaya jaataa hai kyonki unehin bachhon

se bahut pyaar tha aur bachhey unhien chachaa Nehru pukaartey they)

This is celebrated as Children”s  Day because he was very fond of children and the

children used to call him uncle Nehru.

भारत  में बाल दिवस बच्चों को समर्पित  ( dedicated) है।

(Nharat mein Bal Diwas bacchon ko samparpit hai.)

The Children’s Day in India is dedicated to the children.

देश की स्वतंत्रता में भी नेहरू जी  का बड़ा योगदान ( contribution) था।

(Desh kee swatantrataa mein bhee Nehrujee kaa badaa yogdaan tha.)

Nehrujee had a great contribution in the independence of India.

प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में उन्होंने देश का उचित मार्गदर्शन ( guide) किया था।

(Pradhaanmantree ke roop mein unhoney desh ka uchit maardarshan kiya tha.)

He had guided  India appropriately as a Prime Minister.
बाल दिवस बच्चों के लिए  बहुत महत्वपूर्ण ( important) दिन होता है।

(Bal Diwas bacchon ke liye bahut mahatvapurn din hota hai.)

The Children”s Day is very  important for the children.
विद्यालयों में बच्चे विशेष कार्यक्रम आयोजित करते हैं।

(Vidhyalayon mein bacchey vishesh   kaaryakram aayojit kartey hain.)

The children organize special programmes in the schools.

बच्चे देश का भविष्य  ( future) हैं।

(Bacchey desh ka bhavishya hain.)

The children are the future of the country.

इसलिए हमें सभी बच्चों की शिक्षा की तरफ ध्यान देना चाहिए।

(Isliye hamein sabhee bacchon kee shikshaa kee taraf dhyaan denaa chahiye.)

Therefore, we should pay attention to the  education of all the children.
बच्चों के रहन-सहन के स्तर (level)  को ऊंचा उठाना हमारी प्राथमिकता ( priority) होनी चाहिए।

(Bacchon ke rahan-sahan ke star ko oonchaa uthaana hamaaree

praathamiktaa honee chahiye.)

Our priority should be to enhance/raise the level of the way of life of the children.

इन्हें स्वस्थ, निर्भीक  ( fearless) एवं योग्य नागरिक बनाने का प्रयास ( effort) किया जाना चाहिए।

(Inhein swasth, nirbheek evam yogya naagrik banaaney ka prayaas

kiyaa jaanaa chahiye.)

An effort should be made to make these children healthy, fearless and an able citizen.

बाल दिवस के अवसर पर केंद्र तथा राज्य सरकार बच्चों के भविष्य के लिए कई कार्यक्रमों की घोषणा ( announce) करती है।

(Baal Diwas ke avasar par kendra tathaa raajya sarkaar bacchon ke bhavishya

key liye kai kaaryakramon kee ghoshnaa kartee hain.)

The Central and the State governments announce several new schemes for the welfare

of the children  on the occasion of the Children’s Day.

बाल श्रम   विरोधी ( anti) कानूनों ( laws) को सही मायनों  ( ways) में पूरी तरह से पालन  करना  चाहिए।

(Baal shram virdohee kaanoon ko sahee maaynon mein puree tarah

se palan karna chahiye. )

The anti child labour related laws  should be strictly adhered to.
